The credit-repair CRM

A new way to do credit repair — experienced or not.

The credit-repair CRM where you choose who does the disputing. Run it yourself with Dara's help, or hand clients a guided DIY path — you stay in control either way.

Two ways to dispute

Both ways live here. You pick, per client.

YOU DISPUTE FOR THEM

You do the repair.

Your client gives the okay, then you handle the disputes — with Dara helping as much or as little as you want. Full hands-on control, no expertise required.

Best when you want to run it yourself.
CLIENTS DO IT THEMSELVES

You give clients the DIY.

Hand each client a Dara-guided path to dispute on their own, in plain English. You just operate the CRM and watch their progress — you're still in control.

Best when you want volume without the workload.

Built for credit restoration — and beyond.

It's the engine credit restoration companies run on. And because it needs zero credit expertise, any business with credit-stuck clients can offer repair too.

Meet Dara

Dara is the AI that does the dispute work.

She lives inside your CRM under your brand and handles the parts that used to take an expert. She works for you and your clients — you decide how much.

A credit-repair pro pointing at Dara, the AI copilot, on an iPad
  • Reads all three credit reports and finds what to dispute
  • Writes the right letters — round one, escalation, verification
  • Mails certified or first class — or download to send yourself
  • Tracks every client and flags the next move
  • Lets you keep any step in your own hands
  • Guides your clients in plain English when they self-serve
An assistant you directNot a replacement for your judgmentEducational — never promises outcomes

Not just automation. Real dispute judgment.

Anyone can mail a letter. Dara knows which item to challenge, which letter to send, and when — and gets sharper every round.

Picks the right targets

Reads all three bureaus and knows which items are worth disputing — and in what order. Single-bureau items, unverifiable lines, highest-impact first.

Picks the right letter

Round one, an escalation, or a method-of-verification request — matched to where each item is in its lifecycle, not sent at random.

Knows the clock

FCRA timing is built in: when a round is still active, when it's too early to escalate, and when the window has closed and it's time for the next move.

Gets sharper over time

Outcomes feed back in, so what worked on a given bureau or furnisher sharpens her next recommendation — privacy-preserving, learned across the network.

Educational by design — Dara computes the strategy, then explains it in plain English. Never a promised outcome.
White-label

Under your brand, start to finish.

Clients never see DisputeChat. They see you. Dara is the engine underneath — your business is the name in front.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is DisputeChat for Business?
DisputeChat for Business is a white-label credit-repair CRM. Businesses choose who handles each client's disputes — their own team with Dara's AI help, or a guided DIY path they hand to the client — all under their own brand. It includes a Dara AI assistant that reads all three credit reports, writes FCRA-aware dispute letters, and mails them certified or first-class. DisputeChat is educational software, not a credit repair organization, and does not guarantee outcomes.
How much does DisputeChat for Business cost?
One flat plan — $99 per month, with a 7-day free trial. Unlimited clients. No setup fees, no per-client charges, no long-term contract. The $99 is the business's cost; what the business charges its own clients above that is the business's margin.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 7-day free trial. Card on file is captured at signup, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid the charge.
Does DisputeChat send credit dispute letters by mail?
Yes. Per letter, you can mail via USPS Certified Mail (with tracking number and electronic proof of delivery), USPS First-Class, or download a print-ready PDF to mail yourself. The FCRA 30-day clock starts when the bureau receives the letter.
Is DisputeChat for Business white-label?
Yes. Clients never see DisputeChat. They see your logo, your colors, your brand on the client app, on Dara's chat, on dispute letters, and on every client-facing communication. White-label branding is included in the base $99 plan, not an add-on.
What kinds of businesses use DisputeChat for Business?
Credit restoration companies use it as their core operating system. It's also used by mortgage and loan officers, real estate agents, auto dealers and auto lenders, business funding firms, and tax and financial professionals — anyone whose clients lose deals because of credit issues and want to offer credit repair as a service.
Does DisputeChat guarantee that items will be removed from a credit report?
No. DisputeChat is educational software, not a credit repair organization. We do not promise removals, score increases, or loan approvals, and business users on the platform are prohibited from making outcome promises to their own clients. Whether an item is removed depends on the bureau's investigation and the furnisher's response under the FCRA.

Credit said no. Dara says next.

Turn the clients you'd already written off into your most reliable comebacks — with Dara doing the work on both sides.
