Terms of Service

DisputeChat is educational software. For businesses it is a white-label credit-repair CRM; for the people they serve it helps understand credit reports and exercise rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). By creating an account or using DisputeChat, you agree to these terms.

What DisputeChat is — and is not

DisputeChat is not a credit repair organization (CRO), law firm, or financial advisor. We do not guarantee any outcome, charge advance fees for dispute services, or promise removals, approvals, or score increases. Score projections are simulated estimates for planning purposes only.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for using DisputeChat lawfully. Business users must not promise removals, approvals, score increases, or outcomes to their clients. In client-led mode, clients review and approve their own dispute actions; in business-led mode, clients authorize the business to act on their behalf.

Billing

Business plans are billed monthly per client after a free trial, with no long-term contract — cancel anytime. Letter mailing is priced per letter.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

DisputeChat is provided "as is" for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DisputeChat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Questions: info@disputechat.com.
